  • 1 tbsp Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 28 oz Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish

    Sweet pickle relish. Found near ketchup and mustard.

  • 672 g Rotini Pasta, cooked to almost done
  • 3 Yellow Onion(450g)
  • 16 oz Low Sodium Beef Broth
  • 800 g Cottage Cheese (2%)

    1% or 2% small-curd cottage cheese. Good Cultures or Daisy brand.

  • 2 Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese(454g)
  • 1 cup Skim Milk

Instructions

  1. 1Season ground beef with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, and black pepper
  2. 2Add diced tomatoes and sweet relish to beef
  3. 3Place in slow cooker on high for 2-3 hours
  4. 4Cook beef bacon and chop
  5. 5Cook pasta to almost done
  6. 6Blend sauce ingredients together (cottage cheese, fat free cheese, milk, water)
  7. 7Cook diced onions in beef bone broth until broth evaporates and onions are caramelized brown
  8. 8Add pasta, bacon, sauce, and caramelized onions to the crockpot
  9. 9Mix everything together
  10. 10Plate into 10 portions and enjoy
