- •672 g Rotini Pasta, cooked to almost done
- •3 Yellow Onion(450g)
- •16 oz Low Sodium Beef Broth
- •800 g Cottage Cheese (2%)
1% or 2% small-curd cottage cheese. Good Cultures or Daisy brand.
- •2 Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese(454g)
- •1 cup Skim Milk
Instructions
- 1Season ground beef with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, and black pepper
- 2Add diced tomatoes and sweet relish to beef
- 3Place in slow cooker on high for 2-3 hours
- 4Cook beef bacon and chop
- 5Cook pasta to almost done
- 6Blend sauce ingredients together (cottage cheese, fat free cheese, milk, water)
- 7Cook diced onions in beef bone broth until broth evaporates and onions are caramelized brown
- 8Add pasta, bacon, sauce, and caramelized onions to the crockpot
- 9Mix everything together
- 10Plate into 10 portions and enjoy
