Instructions
- 1Season ground beef with marinade ingredients (salt, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, black pepper). Add diced tomatoes and sweet relish. Cook in slow cooker on high for 2-3 hours.
- 2Cook bacon until crispy.
- 3Make caramelized onions: cook diced yellow onions with beef bone broth, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and Dijon (and optional herbs) until all liquid has evaporated and onions have a nice brown texture.
- 4Cook pasta to almost done.
- 5Blend sauce: combine cottage cheese, fat free cheese, fat free milk, and water.
- 6Add pasta and sauce to slow cooker with beef.
- 7Top with caramelized onions and bacon.
