  • 400 g Bell Pepper

  • 380 g Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 5 g Garlic powder
  • 5 g Yellow Onion
  • 350 g Greek Yogurt (Nonfat)

    Plain Greek yogurt — nonfat (0%) or low-fat (2%). Not regular yogurt.

  • 30 g Cream Cheese

    Standard block cream cheese. Neufchatel (1/3 less fat) is a good swap.

Instructions

  1. 1In a hot skillet, cook 4 pounds 96/4 beef with 200g chopped onions and 400g chopped mixed peppers. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and taco seasoning.
