Cook on the first side until the meat is browned and crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. If your skillet is large, you can cook multiple tacos at a time, just make sure the tortillas don't overlap.
  4. 4Flip and cook on the other side until the tortilla is golden, about 1 to 2 minutes more. Serve with your toppings of choice.
