  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (Nonfat)

    Plain Greek yogurt — nonfat (0%) or low-fat (2%). Not regular yogurt.

  • 60 g Parmesan Cheese

    Grated Parmesan — the shelf-stable canister is fine for cooking.

  • 4 g Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1Cook beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. 2Boil Barilla pasta according to package directions.
  3. 3When beef is halfway cooked, add onions and continue cooking.
  4. 4Make sauce by blending Fairlife milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, salt, garlic, and pepper.
