  • 0.5 can JalapeñO Pepper
  • 0.7 lbs Bacon
  • 2 cup Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese
  • 14 Tortilla, Flour, Regular, Shelf Stable(630g)
  • 1.5 cup Cottage Cheese (2%)

    1% or 2% small-curd cottage cheese. Good Cultures or Daisy brand.

  • 0.8 cup Canned Diced Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. 1Season chicken with garlic salt, onion powder, and smoked paprika (go heavy on seasoning)
  2. 2Add chicken to bowl with 1/2 can adobo peppers sauce, coat completely
  3. 3Air fry chicken at 375°F for 20 minutes
  4. 4While chicken cooks, blend sauce ingredients on high until very smooth
  5. 5Cook 10 strips beef bacon
  6. 6Chop chicken and bacon
  7. 7Mix chicken, bacon, 2 cups fat free mozzarella, and sauce in large bowl
  8. 8Fill tortillas evenly
  9. 9Add squirt of light sour cream to each burrito (optional)
  10. 10Serve with light ranch and wing sauce mixed together (optional)
