- •14 Tortilla, Flour, Regular, Shelf Stable(630g)
- •1.5 cup Cottage Cheese (2%)
1% or 2% small-curd cottage cheese. Good Cultures or Daisy brand.
- •0.8 cup Canned Diced Tomatoes
Instructions
- 1Season chicken with garlic salt, onion powder, and smoked paprika (go heavy on seasoning)
- 2Add chicken to bowl with 1/2 can adobo peppers sauce, coat completely
- 3Air fry chicken at 375°F for 20 minutes
- 4While chicken cooks, blend sauce ingredients on high until very smooth
- 5Cook 10 strips beef bacon
- 6Chop chicken and bacon
- 7Mix chicken, bacon, 2 cups fat free mozzarella, and sauce in large bowl
- 8Fill tortillas evenly
- 9Add squirt of light sour cream to each burrito (optional)
- 10Serve with light ranch and wing sauce mixed together (optional)
