Instructions
- 1Chop red potatoes and put on a pan
- 2Season with garlic salt and pepper
- 3Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes

- 5Cook steak for 3 minutes on one side, 4 minutes on the other (internal temp 128-132°F)
- 6Let steak rest for 5 minutes, then chop
- 7Add green peppers, red pepper, lemon juice, lime juice, cottage cheese, half pack taco seasoning, and mozzarella cheese to food processor
- 8Blend into sauce
- 9Once potatoes are done, mix sauce with potatoes
