Instructions

  1. 1Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme. Chop the fresh garlic, parsley, and rosemary and set aside.
  2. 2Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a plate.
