Instructions

  3. 3On The Stove: Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tilapia and cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve the Tilapia with the cherry salsa on top.
  4. 4In The Oven: Place tilapia in a greased baking pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, until tilapia flakes easily with a fork. Serve the Tilapia with the cherry salsa on top.
