Instructions

- 2In a 12-inch cast-iron or ovenproof skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and buffalo sauce and cook until warmed through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 3Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar, half of the mozzarella, half of the blue cheese, worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and ¾ of the green onions until combined.
- 4Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
- 5Sprinkle with remaining green onions and crumbled blue cheese. Serve warm with celery and carrot sticks as well as crackers and chips if using.
