Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the turkey, coconut aminos, ginger, green onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil and salt. Mix well, then with wet hands, form 16 patties and flatten them between two hands until about ½ -inch thick.
  2. 2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil begins to glisten, working in batches, add the patties to the skillet. Cook the patties until browned on both sides, 6-8 minutes. Continue cooking, flipping occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 170°F on an instant read thermometer, about 4-6 minutes longer. Repeat with remaining patties.
  3. 3Cool any leftovers to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
